My doctors appointment

I met with my OB doc earlier this week and he really made me less nervous about everything.
I think part of my nausea was also from nerves about everything. They had to do blood work, a quick physical and then they went over this huge baby book that breaks down everything you will do and experience in the next 8 months.
Its a great resource.. like I never knew about certain fish I couldn't eat or how you need 1200mg of calcium a day! yikes.. i better start eating my greens!

Also... a big change around our house is that Mike has to clean out the kitty litter box because of the risk of toxoplasmosis in the cat poop that can be transfered to the baby. I felt bad for him.. becausehe gags everytime he looks at the poop... i guess its good practice for when the baby arrives. Cat

For all you that will be getting pregnant down the road.. thought i would enlighten you with

Hey Mrs Foy,

SO sorry to hear that the sickos have taken over your life.
I HATE throwing up so I sympathize with you, try being mid-air on a 30 seater airplane and puking into a bag and EVERYONE can hear you..I think that was the worst place I found to throw up! Hope you are feeling better soon...Love, Mrs Sickmann

When do you think we will have our baby?
